An annual walk in the park for a local museum needed a cheery poster to let people know about it. I wanted this to be soft and happy- and to grab your attention at 15 yards.

Inspired by Cap’n Nemo and Steampunk. When I was a kid, every Spring we went to Disney World. My favorite attraction was the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea ride. The idea of a rusted old submarine in outer space, using diving bell helmets like space helmets- is one of my favorite motifs.
